Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All Transcations are handled by Worldpay.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Puss Jewellery to you. Puss Jewellery may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the Puss Jewellery site.
Pricing and Availability
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the Puss Jewellery site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There shall be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contracts between you and Puss Jewellery shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Nickel Directive
Puss Jewellery operates a Due Diligence system, which complies with the Nickel Directive. All Puss Jewellery is suitable for healed piercings, our titanium products are suitable for initial piercing. Puss Jewellery shall not be held liable regarding any legal action resulting in discrepancies made from the purchase or complications following the use of our products.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Shipping And Handling
Here at Puss Jewellery.com we dispatch your goods the same day or next working day after you place your order, due to holding a large stock base of items, colours and sizes.
All items are dispatched in a passion pink puss pouch.
UK orders are dispatched 1st Class Recorded Delivery (and so must be signed for). Postage is FREE on orders over £10 or £1.25 on all other orders. If you would like your order guaranteed for next day delivery you may pay £4.10 to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day guaranteed Monday-Thursday).
Worldwide orders are dispatched International Signed For at a cost of £5.00. Orders over £30 are free delivery. This insures and guarantees your products arrive safely and can be tracked in transit.
Delivery Schedule
Puss Jewellery shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the Puss Jewellery site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Puss Jewellery may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only. Your credit card will be debited on despatch of your order. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or purchase another colour or design.
Tax Charges
Puss Jewellery is required to collect VAT at the relevant rate for orders being dispatched in the UK & EEC (this is included in the price shown). For orders dispatched to Non EEC counties (e.g. USA) the VAT (17.5%) will be deducted at check out. You will be responsible for sales tax in your own country if applicable.
Credit Card Security
Puss Jewellery uses Worldpay for all our online orders. Worldpay uses a Thawte 2048 bit encryption system. This means your credit card details are seen only by Worldpay and are completely secure
Guarantee
Puss Jewellery has a stringent quality control procedure, but in the unlikely event your goods are faulty we will offer you a replacement or full refund, providing you return the goods within seven days of receipt. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

Returns Policy
If you decide you would like to cancel or exchange your jewellery please return it unopened with a handling fee of £1.50 to cover restocking. It must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice and the item you would like to change to. We cannot accept returns for any jewellery that has been worn for hygiene reasons.
All returns must be logged first by email at returns@pussjewellery.com with the order number and reason for sending back. Goods must be sent in a padded envelop by recorder delivery (UK Royal Mail). We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Puss Jewellery shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these Terms, Puss Jewellery's only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. For faulty items, however, Puss Jewellery.com will refund your postal charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Returned goods must be in there original packaging and unopened.
